Office Policy : 

Our Location : 

-My virtual office is able to service anyone in Ontario.

Cost and Coverage : 

-Pelvic Health Physiotherapy is covered as physiotherapy under most health insurance providers. Your treatment may be partially or fully covered if you have extended health benefits. It is always best to confirm with your provider.

-Please note that for payment, all major credit cards and e-transfers are accepted. 

Pelvic Health Physiotherapy : 

-Book an 1 hour Assessment, then 2x40min treatment session one week apart

Persistent Pain Physiotherapy : 

-Book an 1 hour Assessment, then 2x30min treatment session one week apart

Before your appointment :

-Make sure intake forms are filled out on your Janeapp account. You will have an opportunity to test the link for audio and video after you've booked your appointment. The link will be sent by email.  

Cancellation Policy : 

-My cancellation policy will be applied. Please give me 24hour in advance for cancellation or I will charge 20$ for the missed or late cancellation. I will not charge cancellation fees for sickness, if the kids are home for a sickness or an emergency, as I can cancel my appointments with short notice if myself or anyone in my family have the above-named concerns.
